Saw a box office tracking report  that says Minecraft movie has a shot to open to 200M worldwide. I am not surprised if it will reach that point because Minecraft is not just a game but basically a community for teens and early 20s today; they grew up with this. Sure, there was a lot of snark when the trailer came out, but I always had a feeling a lot of those would still watch because it holds a special spot in their, call it nostalgi I guess!
